Counselling Psychologist
Jan has a deep interest in helping people to promote their emotional growth and sense of peace and well-being.
She has worked with individuals and families to improve a range of conditions including anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD and relationship problems, and to help individuals with their personal growth. She also has an interest in psychosomatic problems and chronic disease.She conducts the Centre's Overcoming Pain Program.
She has undertaken training in Family Therapy and Clinical Hypnosis. Recent trainings in Mindfulness-based therapies have built on her own personal practice of Yoga for over forty years. In her role with the Total Health and Education Foundation, she is responsible for the health and stress programs conducted by the Foundation.
